Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns
Can I return my product?
Yes you can return your product, please email us directly and we can walk you through the return process.
How can I get a refund on my Amazon order?
Please follow the amazon refund process for all orders purchased on Amazon.
Custom Gifts
Can I return custom gifts?
Unfortunately, once you have approved the final design for your custom poker chip bottle, the order cannot be refunded
How does the custom gift process work?
You will select one of the custom gift bottles that fit your occasion or event and proceed to check out. You credit card will then be charged a deposit for the custom order. Once we receive your order, our graphic design experts will reach out to directly via email or call and work on designing your personal bottle for you.
How long does a custom bottle order take?
Typically, your order will be ready in 5-6 weeks based on the product you order. We know this process is lengthy, but your bottle is being custom made with real poker chips, that will WOW your guests.
How many bottles do I have to order?
Our minimum order for custom products is 250 bottles.
