The Story

Have a company party coming up? A bachelorette or bachelor party? A graduation celebration? What better way to save the date or remember a special day than with our custom label poker chip bottles. You dream it, we’ll make it! Each bottle features a real resin poker chip where you can include virtually any logo, name, date, ect. Fill with a vast array of products such as: vodka, whiskey, CBD oil, hair products, coffee, candy, confetti and more! Let us make your special event even more memorable. Our story is unique as it starts in the city that never sleeps, Las Vegas, Nevada. We wanted to create something that took the energy, the lights and the luck and bottled it all up for you to give your family and friends. We hope our products bring a little luck straight into your home.

Custom Order Process

We’re happy to hear you’re interested in creating your own custom poker chip for your next gathering, corporate event, celebration and more! The process is simple and only takes five to six weeks for delivery. We have a variety of product options for you to choose from! Any type of seasonings, hand sanitizers in a variety of scents, mouthwash, hair products, coffee syrups, confetti, candy or even an empty bottle. The possibilities are endless!

The first step in the process is our team will contact you and it will happen within 48 hours of receiving your deposit. This email will give you specifics about our upcoming phone call and how we can best work together to bring your vision to life. They’re pretty straight forward and ensure your custom order meets your needs. Once you’ve had some time to review those questions, a member of the bettor team is going to call you and discuss your design ideas.  Yes, a real person will be calling you. We believe customer service is the most important part of a “bettor” journey and look forward to us being a part of your special occasion. Here is example questions for you to look forward to receiving and prepare for:

1. When is your event? 
2. What type of event or occasion are you celebrating?
3. How many bottles are you interested in purchasing?
4. What product would you like to fill the bottle with? 
5. Colors and designs:
1. Base color
2. Accent color
3. Logo/image color

The next step in the process is to give you a total cost based on the phone call and type of product design you choose. Once you’ve approved the cost, we require a 50% deposit to move onto our final and last stage in the process, mockups. 

Our final step in the process that requires your attention is mockups. This is where our creative team takes your ideas and turns them into reality! We will send you a digital proof of how your bottle will look and ask for you to carefully review the design and sign off on the final product.  After you have approved the mockup, there’s no opportunity for refunds. This process, in total including delivery, will take five to six weeks. Bet on us and we promise you won’t regret it!
